I don't think there is a Rolls Royce Aero Engine Museum as such (at least
as a public museum as opposed to a private collection at the Derby
factory.

However, the Derby City Museums have a Rolls Royce aero engine collection and
gallery at their Industrial Museum (Silk Mill Lane, Full Street, Derby
DE1 3AR, England tel. +44-1332-225308, fax. +44-1332-225804).  The
collection and gallery is supported by Rollys Royce - so perhaps that is
what you are looking for.
