I'm finally getting through my mountain of mail and came across something
that might be of interest. The Appalachian Consortium Museums' Committee
has a brochure of available traveling exhibits they produced. There is
exhibits on blacksmithing, the CCC in Appalachia, the Blue Ridge Parkway,
and African-American communities in southwest Virginia. I'm guessing that
they are not very big, but you may still want to check it out.

For more info, contact Terrell Finley at 828-668-9259 or email

University in Boone, NC.
