Shannon,

As far as I know, and I've been on the museum scene in the Atlanta area for
about 10 years, there are no special departments or positions on audience
evaluation or visitor studies. I'm thinking of the special department that
they have at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

The most likely museum to visitor services in Atlanta, if a position exists,
would be the High Museum of Art. Sheldon Wolf is director of advancement.
