Maybe not on line, but there are a few hard copy publications that are very
helpful.

One of which is:

Museum Security and Protection, a handbook for cultural heritage
institutions. Icom and the International Committee on Museum Security (in
conjunction with Routledge, London and New York).

As far as I know still in print.
