This past fall the Southeastern Registrars Association (SERA)
completed a survey of SERA members to assess the current state of
computerized collections systems in the Southeast. (47 of 115
members responded, for a 41% response rate.)

A summary of the responses was published in the Winter 1994 issue of
*SERA News*, and a listing of the museums which participated in the
survey, along with the software they are using, will appear in the
Spring 1994 newsletter, due out early in April.

The newsletter is a benefit of SERA membership. Dues are $10
(payable to SERA) and can be mailed to:
        Michelle Baker, SERA Treasurer

        P.O. Box 100107
        Columbia, SC 29202-3107
