There is a First Person/Living History Interpretive
Workshop on Saturday, March 25, 2006 in Findlay, Ohio
at the Hancock Historical Museum. If you have

Want to learn basic first person interpretive skills
or fine tune your current portrayal? We have the
session for you! Mike Follin, Interpretive Education
Specialist from the Ohio Historical Society will be
the instructor. His area of expertise is living
history, first-person interpretation and historic
theater which he teachers, performs, and directs at
sites around the state.

Where:		Hancock Historical Museum
		422 West Sandusky Street, Findlay, Ohio 45840

When:		Saturday, March 25, 2006
		9-11:30AM Beginner Session
			-how to incorporate first person into programs at
your site
		-basic first person/living history methods and
techniques for 			interactions with visitor
		-how to develop and portray your character

12:30-3:00PM Advanced Session (for those with previous
experience or have attended above)
	-honing your skills and techniques
-developing a more in-depth character appropriate to
your time period
-problem solving

Cost:		$25.00 per session, $40.00 for all day
Lunch:		Boxed deli sandwich lunch is available for
$5.00 (pay at time of 				registration) or on your own
