We use FileMaker Pro, though it's probably a bit of overkill for you. It 
can handle good-sized databases (our Paleobiology database has well over 
38,000 on it)--what it can't handle unless you go to the FM server is 
more than five viewers at a time (which I think is what Randy was 
getting at).
