Elizabeth Lucata wonders whether there is a professional restriction on
writing reviews based on her expertise and experience.  Niagara University
may have certain guidelines (such as requiring disclaimers) and if the
reviews are done "on office time" in some government (perhaps private)
museums, any income must be reported and perhaps revert to the museum
coffers.  As a matter of good practice, many professionals turn honoraria,
if received, over to their institutions.  I suspect others do not.  I
wonder what the general attitude about honoraria might be?
