Let's see... increase your visitor base, grow a large,loyal clientele that
loves to return again and again.Salaries would then rise along with
funding which would increase because your constituancy would be so large
and fervent that no politician would risk underfunding that popular an
institution. In light of this supposition how do you explain the funding
and salary problems facing the National Park System?
