Ooooh, do they give out free samples?
Deb - sushi...yum...

=Honestly, I do not know whether they offer you free samples, as i have not
been there by myself.
However, i am very sure they have the artificial-replica ones in their
exhibits, same with those you see in the display cases in sushi bars in
Little Tokyo (LA) or other places.

For reference, artificial-replicas of food made of silicon or resin can be
bought in variety at a place called Tawara-cho which is close to Akakusa in
Tokyo. You'll find not only those beautiful californian rainbow-makis' but
also thick slices of T-bone steaks, pizzas, shrimp tempuras, beef bowls,
etc.......at the many cutlery retailers and wholesalers over there.

Have a good day over there !

Ryo
