Deb, contact Bob Sullivan of Sullivan Press (http://www.sullivanpress.com/).
He has been reproducing historic documents and forms for museums and living
history interpreters for many years, and has a wonderful private research
collection. He is a renowned expert on historic fonts, type styles, and
period handwriting.
