For our world-renowned art business client in NYC, we are seeking to
positions in their Human Resources Department.

For the Generalist/Recruiter position we are seeking candidates with
extensive HR experience including creating and updating job descriptions;
reviewing incoming resumes; conducting reference checks; scheduling and
overseeing all interviews; assisting with applicant questions; liaising with
departmental heads and other supervisors; addressing and resolving internal
HR issues; suggesting, devising and implementing new and updated HR
strategies; insuring compliance with legal and ethical codes pertaining to
HR; reviewing HR needs with department heads; other tasks as necessary.  The
ideal applicant will have at least 5 years experience as a Human Resources
generalist, preferably in the arts and culture industry. Position reports to
Head of Human Resources, New York. BA required. Outstanding communications,
organizational and interpersonal skills essential. Salary commensurate with
experience and excellent benefits. Immediate placement.  

For the Administrative/Junior Recruiter position we are seeking candidates
with an interest in Human Resources; Outstanding administrative skills and
the ability to support several managers required. General knowledge of
recruitment, placement, employee relations in arts and culture preferred. BA
