In today's London Times Melvyn Bragg mentions a report titled "Use or
Ornament? The social impact of participation in the arts" by Francois
Matarosso for a independent research centre in the UK called Commedia.
According to Bragg, the report is very optimistic about the positive effect
of participation in local arts projects on both an individual level and for
the economies of the regions.

My net searches haven't turned up anything. Does anyone know of this report?
