For cataloguing art collections, including private ones, there is an
interesting and quite useful software package which may be found at
http://www.artmanageronline.com . As an aside: The folks who run it are
the rare type who are dedicated to their clients. I used them while
curating a corporate art collection, and the product is terrific but the
folks are even more so. And they surely would give you advice on the hourly
rate question, even if you don't use their product (they are just good
folk).

Worth considering. /ken
