Does anyone out there have any expereience in creating instructional videos through Adobe Premiere
or other non-linear editor?  This is my first crack at it.  I have expereience with linear
editors.

Also, any pointers for effective instructional videos?  We are making a short one (8-10 minutes)
that will be a question and response style video.
