Hello,
I am an Asst. Curator at The University of Arizona Museum of Art, Tucson,
AZ. My posting to this listserv is a request for suggestions on the best
approach to producing labels for a collection of 15th-17th century
religious paintings that will be going on permanent display at the Museum.
I am interested in a label style that will complement the high quality of
the works and which will not at the same time be flashy. The options 'am
exploring now are printing on transluscent vinyl and pressing this on a
plexi, and screen printing directly onto the plexi.

If you have any ideas, I will appreciate it if you can e-mail me directly.
Thanks.
Bayo.
