I know nothing of this pending action.  How does one get "handouts from the
meeting" to read?  Does anyone know anything about the applicable state laws?
 Since one of the primary responsibilities of a museum trustee is to keep the
institution going, it's my understanding that in some states trustees can be
prosecuted for dereliction of this duty.
