Jay,

There were several of these disseminated as part of a Technical Information
leaflet from AAM a couple of years ago.  If they're not on the AAM website,
I'll try to find my copy (as soon as I get the grant due today finished).
As I recall one of the things to remember about a Resolution of Permanence
is what the Board giveth the Board can take away through rescinding the
Resolution.
