Do you want to know what questions will be asked, so you know the fields to
have for your collections database? That will depend on what type of
collection you have--art, biological, historical.

We receive the following questions frequently:
What specimens we have of a particular taxon (family, genus, species)

What species we have from a given geographic region (country, state, county)
What we have that was collected by a certain person or on a certain
expedition (collector, received from, day, month, year collected)
What specimens we have of a certain species from a certain time of year
(month collected)
Biological details (weight, gonad size/condition, nest site description,
etc.)
