According to G. Ellis Burcaw's "Introduction to Museum Work", an "accession"
is "one or more objects acquired at one time from one source constituting a
single transaction between a museum and a source." (p. 14) Therefore,
"accesioning" would be the process of acquiring an object or objects in this
particular manner.

Perhaps someone else can help with the other terms.
