I am interested is hearing what others use to photograph rare books with.
Some stands are available commercially, but none really appear to handle the
book gently and allow for a professional photograph to be taken at the same
time!

Of course, the desire is to begin shooting more 35mm slides of drawings and
images in some of our 5,000 rare books in our libary, as we prepare to
create Photo CD's to accompany our library records in a Collection
Management System. Thanks in advance.
