Are ANY subjects not related to exhibit development? None that I can think of.
Among the most helpful were advertising, poetry, and -- especially when dealing
with scientific subjects -- art history.

>2. Which books, not related to exhibitions or design, have you found to be
>most helpful or inspiring in your current work?

"Ira Gershwin: The Art of the Lyricist" by Philip Furia

That exhibition is a specialty. Actually, it is several specialties. But it's not
something that one can just waltz in off the street (or in from another department)
and do well.

>4. Do you have a motto that pertains to your work, and if so what is it?

"Everything I know about exhibit development I learned from Kenny Rogers."
