I am new to the field, just received my MA and am looking for work.  I've sent out dozens of resumes and cover letters, with marginal results.  Has anyone had any success in job placement by using services similar to those found at Monster.com, for example?

I knew this would be a difficult field to enter.  I thought that I would at least get a few more interviews in place than I have already.

Anyone with suggestions?
