Hi Todd,
We recently purchased a new dot matrix printer to replace an ancient one
that we could no longer get parts or ribbons for.  We needed dot matrix
because we use NCR forms for our loans and deeds of gift.  It is an Epson
FX880+ and we are very happy with it.  It uses a ribbon, so I am not sure
how "alcohol proof" the ink would be.  Hope this helps.
