I had a similar experience late last year with an "academic" journal after I presented a conference paper. I just deleted it and then blocked the sender. A few weeks later, I received an email from the conference sponsors letting all participants know that this was a scam.

A quick web search on the publishers name came up with these links, just to give you a few;

Dear Listers,
I am wondering if anyone has been approached by Lap Lambert Publishing?
