The Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum outside of Savannah, GA has a WWII B-17 Gunner 
interactive, which I know isn't quite the same as a flight simulator (see the description at 
http://www.mightyeighth.org/word/index.php?page_id=25). They might be able to direct 
you to someone who knows about WWII flight simulators, though. You can check out their 
website at www.mightyeighth.org and get more contact information.
