Yeah. The name was changed because no one understood it. "Library" seemed a
better way to indicate a "library". Also, there wasn't the money to do all the
neat electronic stuff people expected back in '89 due to the horrendous cost
overruns on putting the building up, by the Crown corporation established for
the specific purpose of building CMC and the new National Gallery. CMC has been
living with the consequences ever since.
