Betsey, you may want to look into the QuickBooks POS. I purchased the system
last summer and it has been so easy to setup and use. QB POS can be setup to
directly record all sales and inventory into QuickBooks Accounting file as
if they are one and the same. Best of luck Todd

I am investigating POS systems for our small museum shop to replace our 
current cash box and handwritten sales slips. The system should integrate 
with Quickbooks, be in PC format and easily understood (at least the sales 
transaction activities) by volunteers. Does anyone have any suggestions?
