There's a phrase that has bothered me since I joined this List about two
years ago:  apologies for cross posting; please forward as appropriate.  I
know those who write it are being polite.  But I'd rather see something
like:  Dear Colleagues,  I have something very cool-important-informative
(or something to that effect) to share with you.  I don't have time to give
attention to all of the museum related lists that are available, so thank
you to those of you who do share.
