If you don't find anyone on the list, try university off campus housing
offices. George washington would be a great place to start because they are
on the right metro line for the smithsonian. changing trains in DC gets
annoying on a daily basis. Also look in local papers for shares. Washington
Post and City paper should both be on-line.
