Hi folks. This question is for those of you who rent touring exhibits. Have
you ever been required by the rental contract to provide insurance during
transportation (either inbound or outbound)?

As producers, we generally ask that the host museum insure an exhibit only
when it is on site. The owner of the exhibit (typically us) would carry
Inland Marine Insurance to cover the exhibit during transportation. I am
wondering if there are exceptions to this and how common those exceptions
might be.

Thanks,
Seth!
