Hi all. I am an intern at the Wadsworth Athenuem in Hartford, CT. We are
currently developing a CD-ROM for a kiosk on the museum's collection. It
will feature the history of the museum as well as highlights from the
collection. My question is this. Have any other institutions developed
CD-ROM for their collections? If so, how was it set up, where was it
available to be used? Was it sold in the museum store? If it wasn't sold,
then how was it distributed? Lastly, was it made "in house" or was it sent
to a company? What was the company's name and how much did it cost? Thanks
in advance. I appreciate private responses since this newsgroup seems to be
moving around a lot.
