	The Metropolitan Museum of Art, one of the world’s finest museums, seeks a Retail Store Manager and Supervisors for the Logan International Airport Shop in Boston, Massachusetts. The Retail Store Manager and Supervisors are responsible for providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. The Retail Store Manager and Supervisors ensure and participate in coverage of the selling floor, achieve sales goals, and direct shop and stock maintenance. The Retail Store Manager and Supervisors participate in loss prevention efforts, control and monitor expenses and payroll, and perform the opening and closing functions of the store.



	 



	The position requires a sales oriented, outgoing professional with good interpersonal and communication skills as well the experience and creativity to drive sales. The ideal candidate must be able to develop, supervise, and motivate staff to engage customers, makes sales and maintain the shop. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to control expenses and solve problems. Qualifications include 3 + years of supervisory experience in retail sales.
