Hi All,

I am having trouble locating a paper I need for a 4th year undergrad course in Visitor Evaluation I am doing at UBC at present. I can't find a reference in the Library of Congress for it, and our librarians at the University have dropped my request for this document, because even they can't find it! Yet I know it was published by the Committee on Audience Research & Evaluation of AAM. As an Aussie in Canada, I am not a member of AAM.

So.... my question is.... would anyone be able to supply the ISBN for the following paper? If I can prove its existence to the librarians, they will retrieve a copy for me. Or, for the price of some 2-minute instant noodles, I could even cover the postage, if anyone has a spare?????? The paper in question is:

What Cognitive Characteristics Tell Us About Visitor Satisfaction, by Yalowitz, S. & Loomis, Ross J. (1999) in Current Trends in Audience Research, 12, pgs 61-71. CARE, AAM.

Any help at all would be appreciated. I may be contacted offlist at the email address below. Many thanks!
