The Canadian Heritage Information Network (CHIN) is conducting a collections
management software evaluation for Past Perfect software on January 10, 2000 in
Denver, Colorado. We are looking for volunteers to be part of the evaluation
team. If your institution is preparing to purchase collections management
software this is an excellent opportunity to participate in the process and
fully evaluate a commercially available software package. As part of a team, you
will benefit from the expertise of colleagues from CHIN and other institutions.
The evaluation will take place at the Embassy Suite Hotel in Denver on January
10th. The evaluation is expected to start at 8:30 a.m. and will last until
approximately 4:30 p.m.

Further information can be found in the attached document. If your museum is
interested in participating in this one day evaluation, please send an e-mail to
[log in to unmask] as soon as possible.

Again, please do not hesitate to forward any questions you may have to the above
email address or contact Jim Fox directly. We look forward to working with you.
Those who respond to this query will be contacted immediately with further
details.
