This truly sounds like an approriate question for the Boards and/or
the Charity Law lists on the charity channel.  A plethora of nonprofit
topics are discussed thereon and can be accessed by clicking here:
http://CharityChannel.com/Forums/  Other topics available to augment
your museum interests would be grants, charity law, charity tax,
charity software, etc.
