Job Vacancies

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art is currently looking for 2-3 temporary
staff to assist with a data entry project.  The position would start
immediately and run until 7/1/00, with a good chance the job will continue
until 7/1/01.

Full or part time.  Flexible hours can be arranged, including evenings or
weekends.  $10-$15/hour depending upon experience.  No medical benefits
unless position exceeds 1000 hours.  Minimum 20 hours/week required.  This
is a great job for students.

Job duties include revising collection catalogue records working from
written documents provided by curatorial departments.  Reports to Registrar.

Must be accurate, detail-oriented and have good typing skills.  LACMA will
train the hiree on the Collections Management computer system (Multi-MIMSY).
