For the U.S. Virgin Island waters, you may wish to contact the National
Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). They have numerous charts of
the oceans, especially concerning US waters, some of which may contain
shipwreck sights, so they may be helpful. The NOAA Central Library would be
a good place to start. Their websight can be reached at www.lib.noaa.gov .
