We now ask for each paid employee to have a criminal background
check, due to a situation that warrented such an investigation.
It turned up the employee did have a record, and would not sign
the form.  He did not show up for work the next four days, and
his employment was employment.

Dealing specially with children, this employee could have created
some problems, so it worked out for the best.
