Yes. The purpose of going to an informational interview is to gain information on a position or career field, not to get a job. If the person you are interviewing asks you to bring your resume/CV, then it's fine but don't take the initiative. There are career counselours that will help you tighten up your resume if you need it.

If you are asked for your resume, you can always send it afterwards or drop it off in person.
