I just have to draw your attention to the fact that Indigo does more than
any of us do for jobseekers (and quite possibly more than all of us). If
you have not checked her MuseJobs Yahoo group
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MuseJobs/) or others of her Muse... groups -
do so. She runs these in her own time and for no gain. Her comment may have
seemed a bit harsh, but I am sure she did not intend it the way some of the
posters took it. And do not we all get frustrated if people seem to seek
for ready answers without doing any homework themselves?

I do agree that some of these postings are a bit naive, especially when
they are so general. But then again, recent graduates must be somewhat
naive by definition - it is a prerogative of youth and that stage in life.
Sometimes I wish I were more naive. And, besides, what innocent thing will
you not try to get a job? As one of the posters said here, we should all
hope that posting messages of this sort is not the only thing these
graduates are doing. And yes, Jay's suggestion should be a good time-saver
for such general inquiries.
