This began with Cow Parade in Chicago (think that was the first city) and
has gone all over the country, sometimes with different animals. The
organization has a website. We had "Party Animals" here in DC- elephants and
donkeys. The Cow Parade people have a website- you also might want to ensure
there's not some sort of a copyright on the idea.
