Discovery Place in Charlotte, NC has done sleepovers.  I attended one for 
Girl Scouts and had a great time.  Different troops slept in their own areas 
like the aquarium room or the animal room. They also had fun sessions 
individuals could sign up for to learn about dinosaurs, electricity, etc.  
It seemed really well thought out and executed.
