Thanks, Christi!  That sounds like exactly what we're looking for.  When
I asked my contact at Swank about something like this, he didn't seem to
have a clue as to what I was talking about.  Perhaps I should forward
your email to him to jar his memory.  At any rate, if you have further
info, it would be greatly appreciated!

I am under the impression that there is a specfic company that can cover
several different movie/distribution companies.  We contacted Swank for
a
"MLC"-Movie Licensing Certificate covering each facility that may show a
variety of
movies for programs.  We pay a yearly fee to keep up the license.
However, I am
not currently at work and will look up Swank and the company when I
return.
We used to pay Swank for each movie as well, for several years.  Then
realized
it was easier and cheaper to purchase the license in advance.
