Catherine:

If you do not have a nearby taker fopr your Virginia Cavalcade stash,
I'll raise my hand for ONE copy of each different issue.

Thanks.

Dear All,

We were recently given a large number of back issues of the Historic
Houses newsletter and before I send the extras out to be recycled, I
thought I would see if any of you all could make use of some of the
extras. Historic Houses was published by the Historic House Association
of America. Most of the information is pretty dated, but potentially
interesting. I will send these to any individual or organization who is
willing to reimburse for the shipping costs, first come, first served.

I have available:

Volume 4, No. 5 (October 1982): 4 copies
Volume 4, No. 6 (December 1982): 24 copies
Volume 5, No. 2 (April 1983): 4 copies
Volume 5, NO. 3 (June 1983): 1 copy
Volume 5, No. 5 (October/November 1983): 11 copies
Volume 6, No. 1 (March 1984): 24 copies
Volume 6, No. 2/3/4 (Summer 1984): 8 copies

I also have a few titles of regional interest that were culled from our
research library:

A large stack of back issues of Virginia Cavalcade, roughly late
1960s-mid-1980s. If you are missing an issue, let me know and I'll
check to see if we have it.
A large stack of copies of "An Occasional Bulletin" published by the
Virginia Historical Society, 1960s-mid 1980s
Four early copies of the Bulletin of the SPNEA (Feb, 1919; APril 1915;
November 1918; APril 1914)
The Virginia Magazine of History and Biography, October 1995 Vol. 103,
No. 4
The Journal of Confederate History, Volume 5 1990

Please contact me by the end of the week if you are interested in any
of these items. Also please feel free to forward this to any other
interested parties (such as libraries). Next week they will be recycled
and I would rather find them good homes!

Best,
Catherine Dean
