PastPerfect Museum Software seeks an energetic, motivated, organized,
and personable fulltime Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Our Support Specialists help PastPerfect users in over 2,500 museums and
history organizations find solutions associated with using PastPerfect
for collection and membership management. The specialist will work with
our support team to resolve user, computer, and network issues.  

The successful candidate will have a fair amount of computer skills and
a background in museum studies or equivalent museum experience.
Knowledge of PastPerfect Museum Software and its related products is
helpful but not required. This is an excellent resume-building position
for a recent museum studies graduate looking to jumpstart his/her
career. Computer skills are important, but having the right attitude, a
genuine compassion for people, and a willingness to "go the extra mile"
are required.

This position will be joining our Technical Support Team at the
corporate headquarters in  Central Chester County , Pa.  Salary starts
in the high 20’s and is negotiable for the right person.  This is a
fulltime position with benefits including health and dental insurance.
