I apologize if this pops up twice- posted it a couple days ago and did not see it on the list. Below is my original question...

We would like to capture oral histories or memories of visitors going through the history museum, sort of like NPRs Story Corps, but very basic. We envision a push button box that starts the recording process and another button to end it. Is there anything out there or ideas to build a box, and recommendations on the type of recording system to use. FYI- This is a small county historical museum (very little funding available) Any and all help appreciated.
