We have tried taping minutes, but the problem is that it is difficult to
retrieve data that way. You have to "listen" to the whole tape to find what
you might be seeking.  We have reverted to the bulleting method you suggested
- what motions were made, how voted, what actions and what items were
discussed idea.

And We NEVER thought the director of the museum should be the secretary -
that should be a rotating position on the Board.
