I am hoping to find some information on the conservation of a
collage on paper which has metal attachments...
it is true, metal and paper do not mix!

Our conservator is stumped, not having worked with paper with
metal attachments, and she is hoping to get in touch with another
conservator who has. (She is beginning to regret our collecting
of contemporary works!)

Any one with any leads as to who might have such experience?
Also, if someone would be so kind as to send me the listserv
address of any of the conservation lists, so I might cross-post,
that may surely help.

The work in question is by artist Paul Thek. We are particularly
wondering what adhesive would be recommended to re-apply the two
metal disks which have popped off (leaving a nasty mark, of course).

Any leads appreciated,
