perhaps this is an unecessary point to make, but when you make a request
for anything of a "national" nature, it might be useful if you would
stipulate the nation you are referring to. as you may have noticed, there
are canadians, australians, brits and new zealanders (and, not to be
forgotten, americans) on the list, to name but a few. while this is
probably a petty point, i don't think it would be much effort to identify
yourself more clearly. thank you.
